Two bulk-driven CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) operational amplifier (op-amp) designs for electrocardiogram (ECG) application are presented and compared in this paper. Both op-amps based on two-stage amplification, where differential input is the first stage, while additional DC gain second stage. Different compensation techniques were integrated each op-amp design. Standard Miller was used parallel with The novelty of that it utilizes negative between node output stag, standard purpose work to compare gain, phase margin (PM) unit frequency (UGF) obtained through different simulated strategies test results. using 0.25 μm technology. simulation results model libraries from Tanner EDA tools, operating a single rail +0.8V power supply.
